    @BreadSlice also on login the log section of chat notes what server you're on. Though that moves pretty quickly when you're out fighting in the Heartlands so we can look at more ways to surface better for you all!
  4. @Yochizu we've been experiencing some server instability that has led to some progression loss for players. We are working actively to have this resolved. While we cannot restore progress, we can look into restoring items. Currently we are working on patching server issues to create a more stable experience for players. I’m so sorry this happened - unfortunately, we can’t restore progress, but we can absolutely refund items to your account.     Hello @Axix have you tried switching servers? If you launch the game and go to "Settings" then select " Server Select" try switching from "Auto Select" in the Region field to a specific server and see if you are able to login after. If there is no luck after trying that then let us know and we can look into your account.
